5 cocktails with our artisanal vermouth
Condividi
Vermouth is not just a bar ingredient. It is a way to tell the story of a territory, of herbs, of wine. And yes, you can also use it at home to prepare surprising, easy, and deeply Italian cocktails.
In this article, we present 5 simple and replicable recipes, created with our Vermouth, produced with Sardinian wine and hand-picked wild botanicals.
1. Vermouth & Soda
The simplest and most elegant.
5 cl vermouth
Cold soda to taste
Ice and orange peel
A fresh way to experience the full structure of the vermouth. Ideal as an aperitif.
2. Amiata & Vermouth (CB Signature)
A bitter yet smooth twist, exclusively by Collettivo Botanico.
3 cl vermouth
3 cl Collettivo Botanico Amaro Amiata
Lemon peel and ice
Served short, chilled. Proof that two Collettivo products together work magic.
3. Botanical Negroni
The classic Negroni, revisited.
3 cl vermouth
3 cl Collettivo Botanico bitter
3 cl gin (preferably neutral or floral)
Stir with ice and serve in a low tumbler with orange peel.
4. Vermouth Sour
A beach drink.
5 cl vermouth
3 cl lemon juice
1 cl simple syrup
Put all ingredients in a shaker with ice, shake, and serve.
5. Unbalanced Vermouth
A "gentle," aromatic cocktail.
4 cl gin
2 cl vermouth
A drop of Collettivo Botanico bitter
Serve chilled, with an olive or lemon peel. For those who love the classic but not too dry.
