Masterclass di Mixology Collettivo Botanico

Collettivo Botanico Mixology Masterclass

Last May, in the underground room of Rimessa FAB, and later at Coffee Pot and Salotto 42, a masterclass took place that combined the liquid knowledge of Collettivo Botanico with the sensory experience of conscious mixology. Together with Coffee Pot, Salotto42, and Roscioli, a true dialogue was born between territories, herbs, wines, and stories.

🌿 The botanicals featured during the evening

From the artichoke amaro presented last March to the Neoneli vermouth – a product born from the collaboration between Collettivo Botanico and a small vineyard in Neoneli – every ingredient told the story of a different landscape, culture, and agricultural vision.

Attendees were able to taste cocktails prepared live with our natural bitters and discover how to build a drink starting from a wine, a territory, or a wild herb. It wasn't about measurements, but about evocation: what a sip tells you, and where it takes you.

🍸 Mixology as a cultural act

Far from the logic of industrial bars, this masterclass proposed a narrative approach to mixology: each ingredient was the result of direct relationships with farmers, winemakers, and gatherers.

The audience was able to touch the herbs, smell them, and listen to stories of harvesting, spontaneous fermentation, and uncompromising experimentation.

💡 An invitation to drink with intention

Thus continues our cultural journey through books, wines, jazz, and critical thinking. And Collettivo Botanico, with its amaros, vermouths, and bitters, does not limit itself to "spicing up" drinks, but paves the way for a new way of drinking—more poetic, more responsible, and deeply rooted in the territory.
