Bitter

It is an authentic, direct red bitter, designed for classic mixing but capable of expressing character even when served neat or on the rocks. A bold bitter built on the balance between citrus and root. Cinchona and gentian provide a clear, persistent bitter depth. Roman wormwood reinforces the herbaceous tension, with quassia supporting the dry and vertical finish.
