Zero Dosage

A bitter with a monastic character, inspired by the ancient recipes of historic abbeys. Its alcoholic base is enriched by an infusion of herbs, spices, and citrus fruits that enhance its depth and complexity.

Green anise provides a natural sweetness, balanced by the herbaceous intensity of sage and the elegance of Roman wormwood. Calamus adds spicy nuances, while juniper and peppermint provide freshness.

Bitter orange and lavender complete the bouquet with citrus and floral notes.
