Rhubarb

Rhubarb Amaro is a tribute to the tradition of Italian herbal liqueurs, inspired by historic recipes based on rhubarb, an ingredient known for its digestive properties and its unmistakable taste. Its aromatic profile is built around rhubarb, which imparts a persistent and slightly earthy bitter note, balanced by the citrusy sweetness of sweet orange.

Perfect for those who love bold flavors, the rhubarb amaro is ideal as a digestif or for mixing into classic cocktails such as the Boulevardier or the Negroni Sbagliato.
An amaro with a retro charm that evokes the past with a taste that remains contemporary.
