Aeolian Vermouth

A vermouth born from Malvasia and enriched by an intertwining of herbs and spices that enhance its character.
The wine's sweet and enveloping base meets the elegant bitterness of gentian and cinchona, the spiced warmth of juniper, ginger and allspice, and the citrusy freshness of bitter orange peels.

The result is an intense, profound, and Mediterranean vermouth, perfect to drink neat, with ice, or mixed with amaro for an unconventional drink.
